Visa cost charged from employees, passport taken from employees, Toxic work culture specially in finance department where some seniors think that they are the only smart people in this world. Stay jobless but never work in this company. The only thing you will get is a absolute regret after joining here.

Pros ??? Really. The cons list is never ending.

Cons

The ask to submit passports even for the corporate staff. 50% of the joiners leave during induction. Visa is not done, if they do candidate has to pay. Medical is NEVER done. The UAE Govt should do a proper audit of this company as I guess 40% of their staff works on visit visa. If you are terminated you need to leave immediately, if you resign you are either asked to pay or are tortured. The HR is a team of robots there serving them for years because they won’t get jobs anywhere else now.
