Underpaid employees, didnt pay vendors, constant backlog of overdue work, poor business decisions, leadership doesn't know the jobs of the people under them, insane turnover, owner can be overheard badmouthing employees clients and vendors.

I was fired because I asked for repeated help on handling disgruntled vendors who complained to me about not getting paid and about us reputedly being asked for paperwork they already sent (months ago). This angered the admin director, while I thought I was doing my job to the best of my ability, There was no discussion about the matter. I was lied to and simply told after 2 months that I was not progressing as expected. The KICKER is they never gave me any goals to reach or aspire to. Mind you I went to my account manager many times asking if I was doing the right things to which he told me I was. The situation was personal for the admin director, and I think my questions shined a light on how inadequate she was at her job and how badly managed the company is. And like someone else commented earlier, the place does look like a DUMP!
