Pros
Great company with a long history in B2B publishing and communications. The people here are very thoughtful, genuine, and like to have fun. Excellent opportunities for growth and creativity. I had to complete a personality assessment and intelligence test during the interview process. The interview process took about 6 weeks but they tell you it's a slow process upfront.
Cons
They have some opportunities to improve their internal IT infrastructures and processes. Thankfully top managers are aware of this and are seriously working on creating better workflows for employees.
