Pros

If you enjoy having no social life outside of coworkers (many of the internal staff are pretty amazing people though), a flexible moral compass, and love overtime (and I mean 50-70+hrs every week), then this is the place for you. If you know what you're getting into and are prepared to work really hard then can be an experience to remember. There isn't much room for moving up, but there is financial growth and opportunities to travel. If you are looking to work as a temporary employee, please please please read each and every disclosure on the application VERY carefully.

Cons

The internal management structure of Life Style Staffing is made up of the "haves" and the "have-nots". If you are well liked then life will be grand, but if you are only tolerated then be prepared to be treated as the proverbial "red-headed step child." Temporary or contracted staff are seen more as cattle than human - a means to an end. You can have no regard for the temporary staff to be successful in this business. Hiring and termination practices are often ethically fuzzy and sometimes borderline illegal in order to get the job done. It is a business after all, and management regards the all mighty dollar like a religion.

Pros

Possibility for some travel, overall pretty casual atmosphere

Cons

Management doesn't follow through with commitments they make, poor ethical values, pay is very low for the work you do/qualifications, they will leave you in the dust if it will bring in more money, don't reward or appreciate hard workers, they will do the bare minimum it takes to get you in and keep you there as long as they NEED you...

Pros

Good pay if you are willing to work 50 or more hours a week.

Cons

You can be on call every weekend for free or go to the job site 6-7 days a week. Only paid time and a half even if you work 7 days straight. Expect to wait 90 days for your insurance to kick in. Sexist company that promotes men over women. Also they like you to be young and attractive to work on site.
