      Pros

      The opportunity to travel was enjoyable, and the traditional benefits like healthcare and matching HSA were a plus. Made some fun connections and worked with some kind people.

      Cons

      For a small company, the pay gap was substantial; and young, new employees were taken advantage of in that. Barely made minimum wage in a full-time position, and there was clearly no room for moving up the ladder. Very little representation of women in leadership and people of color across the company as a whole. Hybrid work opportunities were inconsistent across employees and departments.
