Pros

Pretty campus, a few nice, hardworking employees

Cons

Terrible passive aggressive management who only promote their 'buddies' aka kiss ups. Little chance of professional growth, pay is also based on how much management likes you personally, terrible morale, terrible turnover because people don't feel valued, and many superior/subordinate and employee/student love affairs. If you are liked by management you can write your own ticket - come in whenever, leave early, watch tv all day, and do the very bare minimum and still be loved and rewarded!

Pros

Some good people who try.

Cons

They advertise serving lasting purpose, however I have never worked in an environment where the employees were so angry and the executives under mind everyone. It is a toxic environment which no one should have to exist! They do not value their employees and operate under a false pretense of value!

Pros

The new VP for Academic Affairs is EXCELLENT! The only Associate Dean is INCREDIBLE. All of the Assistant Deans are great people, and many colleagues are amazing. CETL is helpful but have workshops during teaching hours.

Cons

Dean for CGUS is AWFUL, mean, condescending, rude and disrespectful to those of equal academic status. Insurance benefits are dismal, extremely expensive and limited plans. Faculty are loaded with committee duties, having to serve on a minimum of three. Students are entitled due to how the university is run, students have way more power than they should.
