      Great culture, awesome team, and actually AI forward

      Pros

      Really enjoying my time here so far. Everyone is super friendly and there's basically zero tech bro energy which is a huge plus coming from my last company. WFH is an awesome perk and people genuinely respect work life balance. The team is also very AI forward - they encourage developers to learn AI workflows and actually give us dedicated time to do it. The culture and the people make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      If you don't enjoy being in a fully remote/WFH environment, this might not be the best fit for you. Also, most of the devs are senior engineers or above, so if you're early in your career there's not a ton of other juniors around you.

      Cons

      A con to some - there is no where to "hide" at Life360 - if you are looking for a position to cruise or chill, this probably isn't the place for you.
