Pros
Mission, salary, benefits, culture, and location are everything that I'm looking for - I'm making a difference in a company that is helping to save lives and reduce healthcare costs. Management is highly experienced and has made helping people the core tenet of the company's mission. Everyone's open about what's going on in the company and willing to share without letting ego get in the way. There are no superhuman expectations of employees even though it's a startup, and management genuinely listens to employees.

None so far! Feels like management will listen even if something does come up, though.
