Good place to learn the business, flexible schedule, easy work, can bonus every quarter if you meet goal. Good potlucks.

not so great pay, you only get a few cent pay increase, no room for growth, not everyone is held to the same standard, some managers and supervisors talk down to employees, lazy people get away with being lazy, turn around is high due to bad management but no one seems to care, HR is blind to what really goes on with employee moral. Good hardworking employees don't get recognized enough. If you want to stand out as a good employee you have to be a brown nose. Supervisors and managers spend the day gossiping about employees.
