      Decent pay for an entry-level post-grad job in the field of social work Hybrid remote (big plus)

      Cons

      Incredibly disorganized, everyone is overworked and struggling to figure out the system together. Lack of support or adequate training; supervisors are conflict-avoidant, some co-workers are amazing, and some are absolute NIGHTMARES. Toxic work environment that I unfortunately need to leave for my phyiscal and mental wellbeing.
