Umm....a long list of ex-employees to go to Happy Hour with?

If you are considering taking a job here, do NOT do it. It is the worst-run company I have ever witnessed. It is a tiny company (less than 10 people) trying to pretend it is a large company. Employees are fired constantly (about one a month) for no apparent reason & those that aren't fired quit. The CEO spends half his day looking for new employees to trick into working here and the other half his day blaming current employees for lack of sales. Because turnover is so high, every new hire is left to fend for himself, scraping to pick up the pieces, so nothing ever gets done. The culture is based on fear and the company is hanging on by a string financially.

You can work with lots of talent employees and watch many dramas created by the CEO.

The CEO, Tauseef Butt creates a poisoned and chaos environment in the company. This place is way worse than I thought even though I read all the reviews before I joined. Every bad review here is true, and all the five-star ones are either wrote by Tauseef himself or he forced the new employees to do it. His ignorance, impatience and unrealistic ideas drive everyone crazy. Employees got fired constantly with no good reason. There is an article about "24 signs you have a terrible boss". It is so amazing that he matches all of them: He lies to his clients, collaborators, and employees!!!!! He is never, ever wrong!!!!! He over-promises a lot!!!! He is quick to blame you for mistakes, but rarely expresses gratitude when you succeed!!!!! He expects you to be just like him!!!! He is a micromanager!!!!!! He has a pesky habit of calling you on your day off!!!!! He has favorites! He does not want to hear your viewpoint!!!! He hogs all the limelight! His feedback isn't relevant! He gossips. oh boy, he loves it!!!!!! He teases and flirts! (Too bad there is no HR!) He constantly changes his mind!!!!! (Almost every day!) You're not given a chance to grow! He is passive aggressive and ignores you! He has mood swings!!!! He throws tantrums easily!!!! He is self-centered!!!! Your work is never enough!!!! Projects are suddenly whisked away!!!! He operates by irrational fear!!!!

excessive turnover, no company structure - all employees report to one person, no reward and underpaid, stretched too thin and are not allowed to contribute your strenghts, dysfunctional operations, extremely poor communication at all levels, very poor career oriented experience
