Pros

- good experience for mental health field - made great friends

Cons

- overall employee morale was horrible (for good reason) - management was unfair and inconsistent - working conditions were not as safe as they should have been - inadequate training for the position - often insufficient staffing - long days and poor scheduling (I had a 20 hour shift with no advance notice or option for refusal, my shft was supposed to be 8 hrs) - low pay

One of the most poorly managed places I have ever worked.

Pros

Many of the people who work there are very nice....Although it appears the general moral is very low and negative.

Cons

There is virtually no leadership in the organization. They are top heavy with management who seem generally unconcerned for those that need training and leadership. They have no in house training for new employees and staff are left to sink or swim when new procedures need implementation.
