Pros

I absolutely love working at Lifespan. It is by far the best social work position that I have ever had. It is flexible, low-stress, and everyone is so friendly. The new CEO, Lora Clark, has made some amazing changes and truly cares about the staff. This position also allows a work from home option after 6 months. It is a very family-oriented company. Turn over seems low and most people stay long-term. Lots of paid time off and fair compensation. Love, love, love this job!

Cons

There is travel involved with this position. As with any social work position, you often have to work in homes that are not the cleanest. But most of the work is administrative. High caseloads, but they are manageable.

Pros

Some of the people are great

Cons

Management does not have a clue about any area but theirs. Rude and hateful to those who actually do the work.
