Pros

The company makes truckloads of money

Cons

Lot of of young devs burning out and quitting, effectively Russian speaking tech team I often heard performance evaluation beginning from "by Russian standards ..."

Pros

It's a great place to start your career. They hire a lot of smart people straight out of college. Technology is really interesting. $12 daily allowance for lunch. Fun laid back environment, no micromanagment

Cons

Wouldn't recommend for anyone seeking a mid-level position or higher. There's not a lot of growth opportunities and work isn't very challenging. Lifestreet doesn't do anything to support employee growth and development. Turn over is pretty high after 2-3 years. 401K isn't matching. Environment may be too relaxed - many employees don't have specific sales/revenue goals

Pros

It's a small company, so each person truly can make an impact! I work with incredibly intelligent, charismatic people on really interesting projects.

Cons

This is tough, because I really love it at Lifestreet... but if I had to pick, I would say I wish there was a little more structure to some processes (just general streamlining!).
