Unlimited PTO. Had flexibility in remote work in my dept. Loved my team. Benefits started great.

Cons

Benefits became less great. I started feeling like the higher ups did not care or appreciate the work that I contributed to my team.

Snake oil products. Corporate sits around a round table scheming of ways to change the way you get paid so they can take more of your money to look good for their investors. Other distributors will stab you in the back without even blinking.
