Pros

Great co-workers. Intelligent staff. Great Location.

Cons

-Poor morale and increased micromanagement -Constantly changing goals and initiatives. -Nobody cares to spend the investors money as if it where to be going out fashion. -Management is in positions based on seniority and when they joined the company rather than qualifications. You will not make what they promise you so fair warning. They bring in managers who have no experience . They don't reward people who have helped grow the company which is a shame because they preached that at the beginning. Now all of the employees are just a number.
