      Pay rate Schedule Easy job

      Cons

      Management rarely around and rarely unreachable only on my shift (nights) Left to make critical decisions. However, would undermine my choice or action taken. Even though, no prior guidance was given or company SOPs were in place. Instead, just was talked badly about to other employees.

      Pros

      Free supervision, schedule will be filled immediately, opportunity to facilitate groups, free NCE study materials, work from home options.

      Cons

      POOR PAY. They will fill your schedule if you accidentally leave spots opened. Poor communication, lots of changes and no one knows anything. Expected to figure things out on your own. Too much paperwork and insurances to stay on top of. Very unorganized! Entire organization is ran by family members who are at the top.
