Pros

Excellent benefits,bi-yearly bonuses....lots of cool perks... Proud employer to.work.for.Family feel that.cares. Paid longterm maternity leave. Awesome company head guy! Paid holidays!

Cons

Though family.oriented all departments are not created equal. Professional positions m-f 8-5 comes with better perks than entry level 24,hour departments. Who you know feel to the environment. Concerns never seem to reach the head of the company making him unaware of any wrong doings. Some departments are extremely micromanaged.

Not a healthy environment

Pros

Free benefits, pension, vacation, sick time

Cons

Higher management has casual schedule, come and go as they please, doubt anyone keeps an eye on them. Low-life employees have to be accountable, obey policies, work under stressful situations while management doesn't, they get all of the credit. HR is useless and mean. Management bullying is allowed, if you say something about it, you get bullied more or get fired. Had to go to a mental health counselor to get relief. Job wasn't worth it.
