Pros

Paid breaks, good benefits, great co-workers

Cons

This is a unique organization and it sounds great, however burnout is real. Workload expectations are not realistic Managers are great but overworked even with company breaks. Advancement is only for favorites most staff are overlooked that have been employed with company for years. Most of the time new hires are paid more than current employees and have to be trained by current staff. Executive leadership talks a good game but does not live up to promises. Executives have no grasp on reality and no reasonable employee is going to tell them strait. Lots of money spent on Tshirts, lunches, little things they think it makes up for over-worked and no or very little increases unless your a favorite of someone.
