Pros

The few people left at the company are still trying to do good work. CNA’s are paid decently.

Cons

Upper management is the worst I have ever worked for. Suggestions are viewed as insubordination. COO is completely condescending and will find every way possible to underpay and undervalue the employees. Every department understaffed. No tools provided for success. Dictatorship leadership.

Pros

CEO is good but never around Caregivers are good people..too bad they get taken advantage of

Cons

COO is a terrible gaslighter. He is a compulsive liar and will do everything he can to tear you down. He tends to be nice at first so be careful. Just an absolutely terrible experience working with him. Any job is better than this one. My mental health has improved drastically since switching jobs.

Pros

CEO can be inspiring and there are some talented people on the team.

Cons

The worst COO a company can have. Did not care about my job, only spoke to BD reps, and is condescending to all employees. Lifematters was very good at providing geriatric care and now they are losing cases left and right. There is not one person in this company that is behind the COO and they will fail until he leaves.
