Pros

Amazing leadership from top to bottom. This place treated me exceptionally well during my time with them. From finance to field workers, this business hosts a hospitable environment with tons of opportunities for growth. Sorely miss this place and would recommend to anyone! Only left due to a growth opportunity I could not pass up.

Cons

Nada - would come back in a heartbeat if I ever started looking again.

Pros

Truly cannot think of anything positive about my time at Lifescape

Cons

Micromanaged constantly Highly toxic work environment Throw people under the bus / blame culture (often in meeting type settings and guised as 'learning opportunities for the team') Expected to work 55+ hours a week with no additional pay or benefits Poor pay Low moral values Burnout culture Lots of gaslighting Management and HR do not care about any feedback given that would actually improve the quality of the lives of their employees Terrible work/life balance Expected to basically be on-call to your supervisors at all times. They will call, text, email you at all hours (day, night, weekends) expecting you to drop whatever you are doing to work They have a low rating both in terms of overall company rating and CEO approval for a reason. Positive reviews were written by management in an effort to raise their rating so don't fall for it. Do I need to keep going??.. I can..

Pros

Salaried roles for field workers, a lot of people who care and are passionate,

Cons

The higher ups claim they want to hear from the employees to drive change and make the company the place everyone wants to work but that is far from the truth! Most of them have very strong values that are actually biased and prejudice behind closed doors. If you are not of a certain skin tone, you will be nothing more than beneath them. They claim to understand the effort and hard work the employees put in but they really don’t care about any of them unless you went to the same school as them or are favored by the CEO and COO. They are a bunch of professional bullies! They are the reason why so many people come and go from this place and why they have a crap reputation amongst the work force. They ignore and push out anyone who can actually make a difference. There are a couple people in management roles that actually care about the people and the company equally but they need to do that in private or risk their jobs. They only want the pretty Caucasian faces to represent and lead the company even if they suck at their jobs. I feel bad how much they use and abuse all of the other different races they have employed. I have seen and lived this first hand, it is sad and heartbreaking. You will not go anywhere unless you sell your soul and bleach your skin. They don’t even let the actual spanish speaking people lead anymore, they have white people who claim they know spanish translate to the workers during meetings. That is how inflated their egos are and how much control they want to have. If they could they would call ICE on their own workers but they would rather use and abuse them because at least they win at the end of the day. Anything they do publicly is just for show, the real truth lies behind closed doors. Just ask anyone who has worked here and left. Their definition of field experience is an internship, what a joke. They wouldn’t know what to do if they were the ones who needed to do the work!
