      Working with great minds a great product

      Cons

      Too many captains and no real support in career growth and development. No accountability and heavy blaming. Not clear on incentives. Unclear on escalations to which manager as change is frequent

      - Solution is good - Ability for the company to grow only because of the solution

      Cons

      - No humanity - Expect employees to come to office during Covid even after lockdown was announced in 2020 - Hire and Fire policy - Reasoning without proper proof to prove ones point, never ready to listen even if data points are provided - One has to portray that they aren't smarter than the CEO - One man show for all decisions - One should be willing to work as per the CEOs schedule that starts at 4am else you aren't working - Expects one to be in office at 8:30 am even if you have worked the previous night
