Fun place to work with a great team culture

Pros

The team culture here is one of the biggest pro's. Lots of team building, volunteering, events, gym sessions etc. Its a fitness minded group and the uniforms and more casual dress are a big bonus too. Management is also really approachable and open to new ideas. Lots of opportunity to try things and make a real impact. Good communication, autonomy in my role and everyday is different. Also as a global company we get to work with teams across the U.S, U.K , Australia and New Zealand so its a great opportunity to learn about international business and contribute to a global vision.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything major that comes to mind, I really enjoy working here.

Pros

Free gym membership and you can workout during lunch.

Cons

I worked for Lift Brands as a software developer for roughly a year and it was the worst year in my professional career. You will be working on software that is terribly antiquated and can only be described as hideous gore. You will be lied to and mistreated. You will work for incompetent management that promotes their friends over you.
