Pros

This is a popular place to intern among college students. One of the first roles I've had that kept me busy and working hands on with client projects.

Cons

Supervisors sometimes seem stretched thin but still provide support

Pros

From the top of the company down, there is a core desire to do the right thing for the customer. The people and culture are the best and the core values are spot on. You're always learning something new and expanding your skill set. If you like to try new things and aren't afraid of change, then this is a great place.

Cons

Same as the pros. lol. With a growing company, there is a lot of change and there are sometimes things that you try that don't work.

Pros

LiftDivision.com is a great company to work for. They give you all the tools neccesary to succeed in the fast paced SEO world. I have been with this company for almost 5 years and I'm very pleased with just how far ahead of the curve and competition we are.

Cons

Sales consultant turnover- It is always difficult to get a consultant trained and ready for the real world and they end up realizing that we're not babysitters here. We expect our consultants to get up every morning, put their pants on, and go to work! Sales isn't easy and you have to have a VERY strong work ethic and drive to succeed. Without these two attributes, you should not attempt sales!
