      Freedom to teach, but admin lacks accountability

      Very little supervision, so there is lots of freedom to teach students the way you feel is best.

      Cons

      Admin takes zero accountability and blames teachers for every unfulfilled admin responsibility. They let their best teachers go without trying to save them, even when those teachers were willing to stay.
