      Your fire will slowly die

      Bid machine, big name recognition

      Cons

      All of the innate qualities you have that ensure success in this business will slowly smother to death while you are surrounded by ineffective, insincere and in some cases unqualified, dishonest middle management. This is the only company I have ever worked for where management lied to my face, more than once. If you are ok with mediocre, apathetic attitudes and can handle hiding from hard work & competition then by all means apply.

      I've been with LiftOne for almost a year and think it's a great company. They have a collaborative working environment and care about their employees. Management is willing to work with employees to help achieve company and personal goals.

      Cons

      There are some employees in the company that need to be coached to improve performance.
