Pros

Excellent PTO and work life balance. If you're looking for an easy job, with worse benefits in exchange for more time off and a light schedule this is the place to be.

Cons

Trash salary and benefits. Pays about 20% below market, no 401k match, no bonus. You get some shares as a signing bonus but they're worthless and only given at sign on. There has only been one promotion on the process engineering team in company history.
