- Work-life balance does not exist here. The work takes priority over your life. Had to skip a family member's funeral because of it.
- 13-14 hour days are considered normal for the field engineers unfortunately so definitely don't go there if given the choice.
- Another unfortunate thing for the field engineers is that the work they do is really more along the lines of a technician than an actual engineer. Because of the specialized field and the non-engineering skills acquired, any experience gained is useless for any other engineering role that someone may want to go to. Waste of time if looking for engineering experience.
- Management does not know how to properly time manage and plan for projects. Communications with customers are very scattered as well. - Huge disconnect between management and employees to the point that health and mental health are not taken into account for the employees.
- No raises even if promoted. Terrible approach to "start at the bottom and work way up" mentality as there is no real incentive to move up and the bottom are treated unfairly.
- Pretty high turnover rate as there was someone always leaving every other 3-5 months.
- Bare minimum effort put in for employee travel. Company saving is prioritized over employee comfort.
- Sales department are not allowed to say no to any customer even if the customer is requesting something that's impossible.
- Employees considered a resource and not a person.
- Employees have to stand up for other employees when management is being unfair. Especially for new hires.
Highly not recommended for a job. Accept other job offers if given or continue to look if still searching. If you're a new hire back out while you still can. No one should have to experience the issues that occur at this company from what I saw and also experienced.
