      Toxic work environment and greedy owner

      Pros

      Co-workers are good people though the office is cramped and the owner is constantly firing people.

      Cons

      The owner is constantly “restructuring” so he can fire people for petty reasons. No one should expect to stay over a year unless they work additional unpaid hours during their break or outside of scheduled hours. Owner makes a massive salary but parades for direct care workers are not competitive.

      The workers are nice, they bond over a bad work environment

      Cons

      The owner is inappropriate, rude, and impulsively fires employees because they get on his bad side. Paranoia runs rampant at this company. Everyone is watching each other to see if they can trust one another. You either quit because you’ve had enough or you get fired. No one lasts more than a year at this company. No one is happy with their job. Even management has no faith in this company.
