      grand ideas, poor execution

      Pros

      creative at times, enthusiastic, great space, location

      Cons

      for a small company, too much "policy" and that policy seems always shifting. Risk Averse, "New" averse. in a rut. biggest challenge... communication... which is ironic... too much like a bad family holiday movie with all the personal backbiting and subterfuge. lame and bush league.

      Pros

      Wide range of work produced, easy to move up if you're eager and looking to build your reel. You'll likely work on a wide range of projects but they're often under-resourced and poorly planned.

      Cons

      There's little to no office culture, and no vision as a company. One week you could be working on a high end tour visuals project, the next week on a web ad for toilet paper. With no direction as a company, its tough to know what your future looks like.

      Typical "pay your dues" job

      Pros

      EXTREMELY relaxed work environment. When its busy, and you have meaningful things to do you feel pretty worthwhile and can actually learn quite a bit and get great experience. Everyone is entirely approachable which is very nice. You never have any idea what you will be doing for the day which keeps it exciting.

      Cons

      When its slow... its very slow and you may have nothing to do for an entire day. Alot of very menial tasks that are designated for interns. Limited opportunity for hands on experience.
