Good to enjoy people.

Pros

The best thing is the good atmosphere among colleagues and leads. It's a good company and projects are good if you are starting on the industry as junior. Rarely we had overtime, so you can make life outside of work.

Cons

The way to get a promotion here is through friendship. Meanwhile, we should reward hard work, they reward appearence. When senior artist leave the company, juniors move up without real experience. As usual in many Spanish companies superior position tends to repeat same mistakes as the other decayed big studios.

Pros

Good studio to start in the industry. Good atmosphere with everybody. Nice working hours, you can make life and hobbies.

Cons

They fire everybody when the production ends. Extra time isn't paid. You can promote from junior to lead or supervisor without experiene.

It´s a trap

Pros

They will give to you some fruits.

Cons

This company can be a trap for early-career professionals. Many of the issues start at the leadership level, which relies on a past, one-time success but often displays inappropriate and intimidating behavior, creating a hostile work environment. The company has a culture of excessive overtime, including weekends and holidays, often without proper compensation — occasionally replaced with small gestures like pizza. Various forms of harassment are known to occur and are poorly handled, contributing to a toxic atmosphere. Additionally, salaries are significantly outdated and below industry standards. If you're starting out as an artist hoping to gain experience, it’s worth reconsidering. Instead of growth, you may find yourself dealing with trauma and burnout. Unfortunately, this company embodies many of the issues that a workplace should strive to avoid.
