Feels like a sinking ship with departures, redundancies and missed sales targets. Shame as the mission really attracted me to the role.

The team are great - We hired people who had a genuine passion for the charity sector and the results spoke for themselves. Flexibility - Lightful Flex gives you control over how, when and where you work. Employee engagement scores are off the charts, only partly due to this, but its great to be trusted to manage your time completely and fit in personal things where needed without feeling like you are always asking for permission My team - lots of laughs and got a lot done too!
