Pros

pay, there was no other reason to stay for anyone

Cons

terrible place to work and just as bad for the kids. The company got sold and now its just money hungry, Turnover effects therapy and good therapists are getting burnt out the quickest. No sick time, no breaks, no lunches, and they will do anything to get out of paying workers comp when the children severely injure you. anyone who has a life outside of work in penalized by either refusal of PTO or the arbitrary point system. The company doesn't care about the kids or the staff, just the money. If you're lucky you'll get a diamond of a BCBA, but don't bet on it.
