      Highly disjointed departments. Lot of waste. Accountability problems with lots of folks not really doing full time work. Bad benefits.

      I’m at Lodestar, which I understand is a bit different from Lighthouse…. Understanding admin Sweet kids K-12 model is great, smaller grade size than at most schools
