      Pros

      Lighthouse is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to work directly with high-profile clients and really understand the lifecycle of an entire project, from spotting an opportunity to client end delivery. A great place for people with entrepreneurial and dynamic personalities who want to be leaders in the workplace! More senior consultants are very helpful with providing support and advice that is applicable to the task at hand and for my own professional development.

      Cons

      Because projects are always evolving and new projects emerging, you need to be on ready to have an exciting day everyday.

      The lighthouse is an interesting place where very few people dare to work and lonely people can live beautifully in the lighthouse.

      Cons

      Because the lighthouse is in the middle of the sea, most of the time the sea is rough. which may lead to the death of the lighthouse keeper
