Salary on time, Good Leaves policy- but don't get carry forwarded.

Cons

System and process is pathetic, favoritsm. Higher Management is not approachable. Everyone just want to create hurdles rather than making the process smooth for better transition and functioning. People are just over burdened by the tasks, no professionalism as such. No work life balance, you will have to work on your planned holidays also.

Weekly off during Christmas, else nothing.

Cons

I would not give even single star! 1. Low class Politics. I have never seen such politics before 2.To be successful, you need to be a pet to the manager 3.No HR policies, hire and fire. No reviews of your performance in case of performance grievance 4.Work location way too far, no autos post 6 pm. Office bus timing is 7 5.Appraisal 5-7% for average employee, if you are in good books expect 9 or 10%
