Pros
I have worked for almost 2 years at Lighthouse Property Management as a leasing agent at a Nashville Property. I love my manager, regional, and everyone above them. It isn't often that with a big company you are spoken to and appreciated by the owner as well. Everyone from top to bottom cares about you and appreciates the hard work you put in.
Cons
With the properties being smaller it is a little difficult to move up. But they do always allow for you to look for a transfer. The pay is okay but I think the pay is going to continue to get better with time. Nashville exploded out of no where and not many people expected leasing agents to make 21-22 an hour so there is always time for adjusting so not really a con. I still get paid well as 19 is not too far off.

Pros
Never feel like ‘just a number’. This company, including everyone at corporate all the way to the top of ladder, values opinions. You are spoken to and treated just as important and valued as everyone else, no matter the position.
Cons
Medical Insurance coverage needs a little work.
