Toxic work culture. I have heard news of employees being let go without reason, explanation, or clarity on why. Cronyism - Friends of one person at the top are placed in cushy jobs while all others, even at that top level, are let go. Multiple rounds of RIFs. I am in a situation where I am being discriminated against. The company went from DEI to Project 2025. When I started, I felt it was the best company I had ever worked for. They had many groups and events for everyone - LGBTQ, women, minorities, etc. Departments would have activities and supportive meetings. Now, it's a lot of intimidation, negativity, and manipulation. I am drained and getting burnt out. I believe in working hard, but only when it's worth it and eventually becomes rewarding. I don't see a light at the end of this tunnel and don't know if the managers and directors will become more empowering and encouraging again. I don't know what caused the 180, but it appears to be a combination of a company merger, CEO change, and unhappy clients.

Some siloing among teams, but this is actively addressed.
