Pros
The potential to make some good money. Everyone that works at the company is younger, which is nice. But it also speaks to the fact that anyone with any experience would never put up with the environment.
Cons
The cons of working at this job are endless. So I'll start with the greatest con: the management. It is beyond ridiculous. The boss would not last a single minute at a real company with modern luxuries like HR. The things that come out of his mouth are indescribable. You literally need to hear them to believe them. He is a bully. Plain and simple. At the same time, the owner seems perfectly content to allow his company to be run very poorly by an absolute clown. The training is a joke. There is no training. It last a couple days and then you're on the phones crashing into company's call centers trying to get high ranking 'decision' makers on the line. The turnover rate is unbelievable. In my months there I saw loads of people come and go. Most lasting less than a week. Some going into week two or three. The commission structure is so sketchy. It is designed so that the individual who made the sale will never see a penny of their commission-the owner will though. You need to wait months, some times close to a year to receive your commission and by that time most people have left or were fired. I could go on and on. My last con is that the wrong person is running the show. The boss should be sacked and the manager should take over. The sales would skyrocket and the employee retention would be a lot greater. The point is that this is an unhealthy work environment. Only those who have truly experienced the madness can really understand just how insane it is. Do not apply! Oh and all the positive reviews are untrue. FACT!
