      Pros

      Amazing benefits, from generous time off to 401k match. Everyone is committed to the mission and gives their best.

      Cons

      Leadership would outsource projects and have employees just answer questions as the consultants needed. End product would just cause additional burden on employees as the end product was not even close to what was really needed.
