      Lot of opportunities. You get the opportunity to build a business from scratch. It's the real deal. Sales environment. Can learn a lot about the telco business.

      Cons

      Very political. Lots of mini groups. You have to choose a camp. They have put all their eggs in one basket. They need to build business outside Telstra.
