Micromanagement, zero loyalty. Will let you go in a heartbeat without warning! They preach a family atmosphere but at the end of the day their actions are polar opposite.

Lots of different projects to work on, ability to work closely with decision-makers, good leadership with VP of Marketing, relatively casual and friendly workplace, expectation to think strategically.
Cons
Benefits were minimal, not just for master's-level intern but for staff. Atmosphere changed when the CEO was in the office. No real opportunities to advance up in the ranks. Overwhelmingly male leadership, females in supporting positions.
