Good team Coworkers are nice Office is in soho. It’s clean

Cons

No regulations for the callers. They will curse you out all day management doesn’t help. They try to make you tolerate it

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. It's encouraging to hear positive things about the NY team and the SoHo office. Lili invests in training its CS employees on how to manage customer calls. The team has procedures and tools to deal specifically with challenging customer calls. We continue to learn and improve our procedures constantly. Your feedback will help us double down on what works and improve where needed.

Decent pay, but chaotic and disorganized culture

- pay decent - startup perks like snacks, lunches, etc - most people are kind

Cons

- very little PTO - micromanaging from CEO - management will set you up for failure and does not clearly communicate expectations - no HR presence in US - high turnover - raises/promotions dangled like carrots
