      There is more to a company than a fancy website

      Pros

      Better salary but to be expected due to risk of project and most importantly, mismanagement

      Cons

      Company run by youngsters with no real life/work experience. Receipe for disaster

      Pros

      Nice story to stell to shareholders; very fancy, bold and futuristic. Makes you want to be part of it.

      Cons

      Very young management team not having real live experience, mixing the text book concepts during the interview. Had an impression that line manager had no idea what to ask me for; was not able to answer questions about goals, targets and timelines. Lack of experience comes out.

      Pros

      Founders are very positively engaged in the company and look after their staff You have the ability to get involved in many things and really make a difference You can take real ownership of projects and see the positive changes and impact it has on the overall company and goal Its very challenging, you never have a dull day but thats what makes it fun The company is very diverse, people are always friendly and helpful

      Cons

      every start up has its teething problems, but you just roll with it and help to work them out
