Pros

The people are genuinely brilliant - collaborative, respectful and passionate. Great bens package that constantly evolves - 26 weeks maternity and financial support towards IVF is a huge plus Lots of L&D opportunities, fast paced, you can make things happen quickly.

Cons

Workload and projects can be high, but I always feel supported - I'd imagine this is typical of working for a company in high growth mode.
