Cons
Abysmal salaries for some, decent for some. Depending on god knows what. No stock options for the rest of the employees. Some bullying from managers with nothing being done. Focus on hiring young people for cheap, not really caring about senior staff. High pressure to deliver as a sales/customer success rep. Setting high profit target for company bonus trips, so that they don't have to do it. Not a lot of lunch options around Lund office, remote location. A lot of old code with little documentation that needs to be maintained
