Nice colleague and the company is still small even with a potential to become massive and compete with the big boys, I still see them playing safe and scared to take the bold step of faith.
Cons
Low pay, and you constantly find people leaving and joining other companies after sometime. A good place to get some experience

Great open source software company which makes the product available with full feature access at no cost. Multicultural team to foster mutual inspiration. Continuous growth in survey market. Great internal work atmosphere with loads of possibilities to work independently and make a difference.
Cons
Currently, the only disadvantage is the requirement of more staff to keep up with the increasing amount of tasks and growth.
