- Fair compensation - Beer Fridays - Open concept office
Cons
- Lack of company direction (management strategy changes every 2-3 months) - No job stability (employees are let go all the time without rhyme or reason) - Lack of growth (no clear path for role or recognition for accomplishments) - Revolving door/low morale (15-20 of the 40 employees left in a 3 month period) - "Work from home" - They preach flexibility, but you are only allowed to WFH Tues to Thurs, and need to provide a reason every time (ex: doctor's appointment). This does not reflect trust in your employees.
