      Separation of warehouse and office workers created awkward environment, lack of communication from higher ups, suggestions not taken seriously by higher ups from workers

      Pros

      Management sincerely cares about the employees and does their best to be accommodating. Fun environment and you can gain a lot of insight if you have interest in the industry.

      Cons

      LRG may value their employees, but their parent company doesn't seem to. As a relatively young company, many managers still seem like they have a lot to learn.

      Free Games 1 hour lunch Pay can be decent but added responsibilities will randomly get thrown your way with no compensation.

      Extremely toxic work environment No room for growth Broken promises Racism Unmanageable work expectations and horrible work/life balance.
