Pros
Some of the staff are actually good, hard working people.
Cons
Limitless Creative is a hot mess and unwilling to change. The client list seems impressive until you’re working on the projects those big name clients are willing to risk at Limitless Creative. The projects produced are mediocre at best. The employees at Limitless Creative call the company “Limited Creative,” and unfortunately it’s a painfully accurate representation of the company as a whole. Limitless Creative is understaffed and greedy. Most employees work on upwards of seven projects at any given time and are required to travel to be on-site for every project. Burn out is a constant struggle for employees at Limitless. On multiple projects I worked on I voiced my concern for their lack of resources and was denied assistance or completely ignored every time. Limitless has lost more employees than it has hired over its lack of resources and negligence of employees well being. Client management is nonexistent. Clients constantly come to Limitless Creative with unreasonable expectations, production timelines, and budgets. Limitless consistently over promises and under delivers. On multiple occasions while working at Limitless, Account Managers withheld information from clients that was later discovered. They’ve lost clients over poor Account Management and unfulfilled project expectations more than once. Financial management at Limitless Creative is unprofessional and inconsistent. The finance team does not adhere to standard industry practices. Employees are responsible for managing vendor relationships and financial conversations. The finance team consistently does not fulfill payments on time and breaks contracts, leaving employees in unprofessional and uncomfortable situations with vendors, contractors, and clients. The “Senior Leadership Team” is made up of unqualified college friends of the CEO that stuck around long enough to get promoted to “senior” titles. There is no internal review structure in place, no career goals discussions and no room for growth at Limitless Creative. Employees that are not on the “Senior Leadership Team” are grossly underpaid and taken advantage of. The leadership team is disappointing to say the least. Not a single person in it is a mentor or leader. If/when you speak up about issues at Limitless Creative you’re met with defensiveness and lack of action to address any concern. Due to the lack of financial management and nonexistent leadership team, there are no bonuses or promotion opportunities at Limitless Creative. There also aren’t any other financial incentives other agencies offer such as monthly phone bill, gym, or wellness stipends. Limitless Creative is a turn and burn agency in every aspect. They have poor management of vendors, clients, and employees. If you’re looking for agency experience or to find the next step in career- look elsewhere. This agency is not up to agency standards and can not offer you what you're looking for.
